Impetus
INTRODUCTION
Applications of Impetus may be made to all commercially available varieties of winter and spring wheat, barley and oats including crops undersown with grass, red clover or white clover, and to permanent and rotational (newly sown) grassland. Red and white clover may also be treated, as may grass swards undersown with red or white clover. Varieties of peas that may be treated with Impetus are listed under ‘Directions for Use - Peas' below. Impetus is not recommended for use on Rye. For best results, spray when annual weeds are at the seedling stage provided the crop is at the recommended stage for treatment. Perennial weeds should be sprayed during their period of maximum growth, usually when the flower buds are beginning to form. Spraying should ideally be carried out in warm weather when the weeds are growing vigorously.
